Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only in case of damaged products delivered.
- You may return damaged items within 7 business days of receipt.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@aksnaturals.com within the return window specified above. Include your order number and a description of the damage in your email.
- Return Approval: We will review your request and send you a return authorization email with instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
- Return Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
- Refund Issuance: If your return is approved, we will process the return within 5-7 business days from the approval date. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges for returned items. If you wish to receive a different product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges for items that do not meet the return eligibility criteria, or for fraudulent or suspicious activity.
